Cobblestone Construction installs vinyl siding on homes across Utica and the Mohawk Valley. It is the most popular siding in the country for a plain reason: it costs the least, it never needs paint, and our winters do not bother it. Our own crews install it, the same crews that side and roof homes here every week.
Tell us about the job and where you are. We will get back to you with an estimate.
Because it does the job for the least money and then asks nothing of you. The color runs all the way through the panel, so there is nothing to paint, stain, or touch up, ever. A rinse with the hose once a year is the entire maintenance plan. For most Mohawk Valley homes it is the value pick, and it is not close.
Vinyl has also outgrown the flat builder-grade look people remember. Modern panels come in dutch lap, board and batten, vertical, and shake profiles, in deep colors that hold, and insulated foam-backed versions that stiffen the wall and quiet the house. We bring samples to the estimate, put them against your trim and roof, and tell you straight which profile suits the house, including when the answer is Hardie board instead.
Dutch lap, board and batten, vertical, and shake styles for gables and accents.
Foam-backed panels stiffen the wall, quiet the house, and add insulation value.
Color runs through the panel. A yearly rinse with the hose is the whole routine.
Installed with room to move, so freeze and thaw cycles never stress the panels.
The lowest installed cost of any siding we offer, with the least upkeep after.
Full re-sides, storm damage sections, and matching existing siding on repairs.
Free estimates across Utica, Rome, Herkimer, and the Mohawk Valley.
The standards we hold on roofs come down the walls with us. The same company, the same crews, and the same four-time Community Choice record stand behind every siding job we install.

Great job…..they arrived bright and early and worked till dark completed roof in 1 day. Cleaned everything up. We went from metal roof to shingles. All the workers worked very well as a team there was no loafing around they were all hard workers.
I have had them out twice now to replace sections of my roof. Both times they did amazing work. They left the area clean when they were done, even taking extra care around all of the plants as to not damage anything. Great work and communication.
We just got a new roof with this company. Pete and Gina are fantastic. Their financing through Green Sky was quick and easy. Their workers worked really fast and did a great job, all the way to the end with great clean up. They were done in one day.

Plan on 20 to 40 years depending on the panel grade. Fading is how vinyl ages rather than failing, and better panels hold their color far longer. Installation quality decides the rest, because siding nailed too tight buckles the first hot day after a cold week.
A rinse with a garden hose once a year, and that is genuinely it. No painting, no staining, no caulk touch-ups. The color is part of the panel itself, so there is no coating to peel or chalk off. That is the main reason people choose it over wood.
Cheap thin panels can, if something hits them in deep cold. Heavier gauge panels shrug that off, and correct installation matters just as much: vinyl expands and contracts with the seasons, so every panel has to be hung with room to move. Ours are, which is why our siding sits flat year after year.
Yes. Storm damage, a cracked panel, a section a ladder went through, we replace the affected pieces and match the profile and color as closely as the sun allows. Older siding fades, so a fresh section can read slightly brighter at first and blends as it weathers. We show you the match before we order.
More than most people expect. Traditional lap in several widths, dutch lap, vertical board and batten, and shake profiles for gables, in color lines that run from soft neutrals to deep reds, blues, and greens. We bring samples to the estimate so you can hold them against your trim in daylight.
Vinyl wins on price and zero upkeep. Hardie board is a cement fiber panel that costs more and asks for paint eventually, and in return it gives a heavier, flatter, painted-wood look that vinyl cannot quite match. We install both, so you get a straight comparison on your actual house instead of a sales pitch for one.
A new roof or new siding does not have to wait on a lump sum. We offer fixed rate plans and deferred interest financing through the GreenSky® Program, and we will match the right plan to your project when we quote it.
Our crews work within about 25 miles of the Utica shop, covering Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, and Onondaga Counties. If your town is on this list, we can be out to look at your roof this week.
