You apply through the GreenSky® Program, the lender gives you a decision, and the project moves forward while the cost spreads out behind it. GreenSky is a financing program used by home improvement contractors across the country. Loans are offered and made by the program’s participating lenders, the application is short and happens from your phone or at the kitchen table during the estimate, and your terms are laid out in writing before you commit to anything.
Roofs rarely fail on a convenient schedule. Storm damage, a leak that will not wait, or a furnace-and-roof year is exactly what financing is for, and it is why we keep it available on every roofing and siding project we quote. Current options include fixed rate plans and deferred interest plans. Which plans are open at any given time, and what each one asks of you, is something we go over at the estimate, in writing.

Rates and terms vary by plan and are subject to credit approval, so we do not print numbers here that may not match your offer. Your exact rate, term, and payment are laid out in writing before you commit to anything, and we go through them with you line by line.
Prequalification places a soft inquiry on your credit report, which has no impact on your score. Submitting a completed application places a hard inquiry, which can affect it. Prequalification also does not guarantee approval, and we will be straight with you about both steps before you take either one.
Any roofing or siding project we quote, from a repair to a full tear-off or a whole-house re-side. If we are quoting it, financing is on the table for it.
No. Estimates are free and in writing either way. Financing is simply one of the ways to pay for the work, and if you want it in the picture, say so at the estimate and we will include the options.
